"Rachel Barnette did an outstanding job managing the sale of the home from day 1 to closing. She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist the Sellers with quality referrals to help with staging the home, aerial photography, punch list recommendations, arranging cleaners, and facilitating last minute repairs to the property caused by exterminators.

Rachel is an Outstanding and Knowledgeable professional that fights hard for her clients. I have bought and sold homes before myself, but I would have to say, going with an expert that knows the market helped us get top dollar for our home in a reasonable amount of time. In talking with other relators I was amazed to hear that even her competitors had great things to say about Rachel, indicating that she was a tough but fair negotiator, that keeps her cool in stressful situations. And there definitely were stressful situations that had to be dealt with tactfully.

If I had tried to sell this home on my own, I estimate that I would have settled for $80,000 to $150,000 less than what Rachel ended up selling the house for. Based on my initial market value assessment which was low and negotiations where I would have accepted a lower offer but was advised to conservatively counter by Rachel.

Other relators gave me appraisal estimates that were up to $400,000 dollars less than our listing price and over $300,000 less than what we sold it for. If we went with a competitor, we would have received hundreds of thousands of dollars less for the home than we got by going with Rachel.
